We invite you to learn more about the academic programs at the Montessori Children’s House which is accredited by the American Montessori Society. Our curriculum synthesizes classic Montessori philosophy with the latest in child development research. Starting with our parent-child programs, our programs are able to interact with the family from pre-birth through infancy. Our toddler programs, for children aged 24 to 36 months, focuses on the transition to early childhood and take place in an environment especially designed for toddler’s needs. Our preschool programs involve a mixed age group of children from 3 to 6 years old and go through the kindergarten year. There are full day and half day options with extended day, and a choice of Spanish immersion. Plus Montessori Children’s House of North Barrington offers extended hours beginning at 7:30 am and ending at 5:30 pm.

Additionally, the Montessori Summer Day Camp is a wonderful opportunity for children from birth to age seven to learn, interact, and have fun in the outdoors on our beautifully wooded 3 acre campus. Our camp is accredited by the American Camping Association.
